:: Installing at the Enemy ::

You know how I like the little things. Well, Friday night there was an item on TV about the cyber war between Israel and some Islamic organizations.

Hezbollah webmaster was there explaining how he was sure he is unbeatable, how confident he was in his technical ability etc. He really sounded like a proud Wadi webmaster. And then, as the camera shifted I saw it. The guy had Hotbar installed on his browser.

Cool.

Hezbollah webmaster's PC is directly connected to a server ran by a Wadi company.

And then I though to myself, hell, this is even cooler. Those people have a webmaster. They are on the right track. But wait, don't get romantic. I had another thought in mind.

Today, they have a webmaster that is just damn sure he knows everything, the next logical step for this guy and others is to go and do their own Start-Up. Investors will follow. Be sure. And they will all have all kinds of Revolutionary Islamic Ideas that will change the on-line world. Then, two years down the road, it will all crash and burn.

No need to bomb anything anymore, everything will just crash and burn by itself.

A neat military strategy don't you think?

P.S - we will be visiting HotBar again in the future. Amazingly it is an interesting company. So follow the link at the bottom to be sure you are familiar with the material published in April 2000. There will be a quiz on this.
