						Salam! How is your life and everybody at home. Today, I could not come on time. Now the problem  is that everything is scattered and messesd up. Although we are getting new admissions with the grace of God but there is no one to manage. Yesterday, I discussed the problem with Ahsan. I did not tell him that we have had a chat. He said, " Ihave talkked to Saeed and he has refused to come back as he is angry at me." I asked him why did he mke propaganda. But he said that he had done nothing and that it was Shamroz who talked to his mother and then his mother called Jhang. Now, listen to me. What I have judged is that you and Ahsan have only misunderstandings. These are only misundersatndings and only you both can solve them. Ahsan is angry because accoerding to him he has done nothing but he is blamed. He wanst to clarify his position. He says that he wants you to come back. Now I sincerely advice you to talk to Shamroz yourself. I have asked Ahsan that he should not interfere the matters between YOU and SHMAROZ. In my opinion, you should discuss with Shamroz if he has told all that to Ahsan's mother. But the most impotant thing is not the dispute between you and Ahsan. The real thing is that we should take care of the academy. You know, ideal conditiojd never exist anywhere. We have to face all the problems to make our way. If you have some differences with Ahsan then both of you should try to compromise and sacrifice. Look, We are not going to nake fun of ourselves. We have to prove that we can do what we say.And we can do it only if we are united. Unless we do not see in the same direction we cannot reach the destination. I want to clear you some things very FRANKLY and CLEARLY and I hope that you will UNDERSTAND them and not MIND. 1- Firstly, I know , for you your career and your family is the most important thing. It is but natural. Definately your life, your future and your parenst are your first priority. Everything you will do, you will keep them in your mind. But the same is the matter with me. I keep my time and my career very dear to me. If I am sapring my precisu time it means I expect some thing. I only expect godd future of the academy beacuse it is my commitment. I am not running the academy just to outshine ejaz or anyone else. I am just doing it as a committment. And you perhaps do not know that I am very strong about my committments. I NEVER GIVE UP. The same spirit and enthusiasm I can see in you. Similarly, Qari Sahib is giving is time and all of us are doing this nort for the sake of money or repute. I want to tell you that OUR PROBLEM is not of teachers or workers, we can hire manyt men. We need YOU. We need SAEED. You also know that if any one of us leave at this time we can hire some one else but the thing is that when one person leaves the others lose their potential. They cannot work with full heart. 2- Secondly, I want to request you to THINK for a while and DEFINE YOUR PRIORITIES and then  take some action. We can not have ideal conditions. There are problems in every way but we have to face them and win the battle. I am sure that if all of us do it and satnd united we will win in the end. We are not made for DEFEAT. We are made for SUCCESS, SUCCESS and SUCCESS. 3- Thirdly, If you come back, we should sit together and mange the administration ijn one hand. Either you, I or Qari Sahib should take the responsibilty (Not Ahsan -  He has not aptitude for it). Decide now, If you become administrator,we assure you full co-operation. Please decide it. 4- Fourthly, When you come back, make it clear for how long you will be there in academy and prepare some one who will teach after you leave. Students ask about you. I suggest you that you finish MATHS and PHYSICS syllabus of coming 2nd year classes as soon as possible so that if you leave then they do not need to anywhere else. REMEMBER, they have hopes from you. Please take care of them. They do not want to go anywhere else. Yesterday, I was performing pendulum practicle after two hours I badly failed to take corrct readings. I treid everything but could not find the correct value of 'g'. I was really put to a great SHAME before the studens and I have no courage to perform before them again. In the end, I want to advise you some thing. Please be patient and do not mind. Whatever you do and what ever step you take you yourself is responsible for it. If you go to Usman. leave LEC or join it you are responsible for it. Only you have to give justification to yourself and your parents. Ahsan or anyone lese should not justify it. Only you should know what you are doing and how you are doing.
