No theories, just fact:
Remember the spy plane 'crash'? (April Fools' day of this year, by the way.) Well, that little ol' plane just happened to touch down on a little ol' island in the South China Sea, called Hainan.
Guess whose company just built a multimillion dollar manufacturing facility on Hainan? Mr Richard Cheney, 'former' CEO of Halliburton, Inc. Oh, and there are reportedly major oil deposits in the South China Sea, from Hainan to the Phillipines it's good to be the VP!
