Theory:
The development of humans (through adolescence and into adulthood) is purely organismic.  In other words development is the result of biology.  As active learners, what we learn and how we act/ react is pre wired in the brain and has nothing to do with the environment.  The theory is also referred to as the Nativist Theory.

Basic Components of Theory:
Storm and Stress, Development result of biology.

Impact of Divorce on Adolescent Development:
None.  According to this theory, nature will take it's course regardless of the disruption to the family structure and the adolescent will storm and stress their way through development.

Positive and Negative Effects of Divorce:
None.  According to this theory, nature will take it's course regardless of the disruption to the family structure and the adolescent will storm and stress their way through development.

How to create positive outcome:
There is in fact no way to create a positive outcome after the fact (according to this theory), but genetic engineering and Galton's eugenics could serve as "storm and stress facilitators" via prevention.
