December 7  
Means More Than Pearl Harbor

December 7, 2001 will mark the 60th anniversary of the Japanese 
attack on Pearl Harbor. Between the recent Hollywood version of this 
event and the endless analogies with September 11th, the media focus 
that day will predictably be squarely on 1941. 

While there are undoubtedly many other December Sevenths worth 
recalling, I'd like to reflect upon two in particular. The first is 
December 7, 1975 and it involves, among many others, former New York 
Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan and former Secretary of State Henry 
Kissinger. To commence that reflection requires a geography question: 
What nation has the largest Muslim population? It's not Saudi Arabia, 
Iran, or Egypt; it's Indonesia. With a populace more than 90 percent 
Islamic, this South East Asian island nation has conveniently avoided 
America's notorious anti-Muslim bent by holding claim to the South 
Pacific's largest supply of oil, the world's most abundant reserve of 
natural gas, and a bloody anti-communist history. Therefore, while 
Palestinian Muslims are labeled terrorists for having the audacity to 
revolt against fifty years of Israeli repression, Indonesian Muslims 
can get away with murder. Literally. Just ask former Pat Moynihan 
(dubbed "a gentle genius" by the New York Post when he announced his 
retirement a few years back).
 
Some more geography: East Timor is another island nation - a former 
Portuguese colony just above Australia that became the target of a 
relentless and murderous assault by Indonesia since, you guessed it, 
December 7, 1975. That assault was made possible through the sale of 
U.S. arms to its loyal client-state, the silent complicity of the 
American press, and Pat Moynihan's skill at keeping the UN uninvolved 
at the request of his boss, Dr. Kissinger. Over one-third of the East 
Timorese population (more than 200,000 humans) lost their lives due 
to war-related starvation, disease, massacres, or atrocities. 
Proportionally, the depth of this slaughter is on par with the Nazi 
Holocaust.
 
Here's where the gentle genius fits in. 
 
After having served as an advisor to Richard Nixon (an excellent 
venue for honing skills of genocide), Moynihan was appointed United 
States Ambassador to the United Nations under President Gerald Ford. 
It was on his watch that the U.S.-backed Indonesian invasion of East 
Timor took place. Taking orders from his boss, Secretary of State 
Henry Kissinger, Moynihan bragged to the Australian ambassador to the 
UN that he was "under instructions from Kissinger personally not to 
involve himself in discussions on Timor with Indonesians."
 
In his book, A Dangerous Place, the gentle genius further detailed 
his role in the East Timorese genocide: "The United States wished 
things to turn out as they did, and worked to bring this about. The 
Department of State desired that the United Nations prove utterly 
ineffective in whatever measures it undertook. This task was given to 
me, and I carried it forward with no inconsiderable success."

At that time, Moynihan told the Australian ambassador to the United 
Nations that he (Moynihan) was "under instructions from Kissinger 
personally not to involve himself in discussion with Timor with the 
Indonesians."

As Henry the K once noted (perhaps on the Seventh of December in 
another year), "Foreign policy should not be confused with missionary 
work."

The second December 7th I'd like to acknowledge here is 1926. On that 
date, Noam Chomsky was born. So, I'll take this opportunity to wish 
the professor many, many more.

FeedBack: THE HEART OF THE WARRIOR

I love it, this rant (The Heart of the Warrior) by Barbara Hartwell 
is better titled, The Christian Right Must Now Eat Their Own Shit.  
Less we forget it was the Right Wing, and in particular the Patriots 
and Christians, many of whom literally fell to their knees and prayed 
to their alien god for the victory of that fascist that now occupies 
the throne, or shall I put up on the chalkboard, Chris Matthews 
infamous election map of the red states in the mid west and Babble 
belt that voted for this constitutional disaster. (Not that Gore and 
slaughter the Arabs Lieberman, were or would be any better).

Friends of Liberty and the Constitution:

This is an urgent appeal for contributions to my Legal Defense and 
Research Fund.  I'll be blunt, as always:  I need money and I need it 
now, or all my operations will be shut down. 

I started my Fund in 1997 to raise money so that I could continue my 
research and keep fighting to defend the legal, Constitutional and 
human rights of American citizens. In my own case I have been 
targeted for a 'neutralization campaign' since I broke out of CIA 
illegal covert operations and mind control programming in 1994. I 
know that many others have been targeted for this political 
persecution, especially since the events of September 11, 2001 and 
the subsequent mad rush of the Big Brother Bush administration to 
implement  legislation which severely curtails our Constitutional 
rights and civil liberties.

Although I myself have been targeted for many years for illegal 
surveillance, criminal harassment and other violations of my rights, 
I think it would be a foolish person indeed who could deny that 
Homeland Security, the so-called "Patriot Act " ( talk about a 
misnomer) ,  the FBI's Carnivore and other such fascistic deals which 
have been shoved down our throats over the past few months, are 
sending us ALL down a slippery slope, whether we had previously been 
targeted individuals or not.

I am only one person but I have done what was in my power to do, 
often at the risk of my security and even my life. My agenda is 
simple and straightforward: To expose malfeasance, corruption, 
treachery, tyranny, high crimes and misdemeanors, political 
persecution and oppression. To provide information from my own 
research and personal experience which allows people to make informed 
decisions and become active in protecting our human rights. But more 
than just exposing corruption, my aim is to put a stop to it, so that 
we all might enjoy the freedoms we deserve.

As I write this report I am being hacked. Because of severe computer 
problems caused by the cyber-goons who never let an opportunity pass 
to wreak havoc on any area of my life, I have a feeling I may soon be 
forced offline once again, due to computer malfunctions, as has 
happened many times over the past several years.

My e-mail is being sabotaged, viruses are arriving on a daily basis 
through e-mail attatchments which I do not even open, I am being 
booted off the Internet every few minutes and on and on..... ad 
nauseum. Things have reached a state of affairs where I am praying as 
I type that I may be able to send just one more important e-mail or 
finish one more report.

I have spent the better part of today on the phone with tech support 
from my ISP; neutralizing viruses; continually reconnecting my 
computer every time it goes offline and generally just trying to 
finish this one little report.  Sometimes it feels like an exercise 
in futility, but I press on like a good soldier, as best I can.

I have no technical expertise with computers --I'm the one 
those 'dummy' books were written for-- and I have found no one 
willing to help. The only recourse available to me is to hire experts 
for repairs and advice, and that takes money --money I do not have.

In addition to these ongoing computer problems, I also may be on the 
verge of losing my phone service, simply because I don't have money 
to pay the phone bills. As it is, I have had no long distance service 
for 3 years, I need to use phone cards. And as of today, December 1, 
2001, much of the small source of income I was receiving which barely 
allowed me to pay my monthly bills and basic living expenses has been 
cut off.

I have had no transportation since January 9 of this year, when the 
transmission blew on my car. Even though the car is close to being 
able to be put back on the road, thanks to the help of a friend and 
neighbor (Thanks, Ed !) who was able to help me by doing most of the 
repairs, I still need money to have the repairs finished at a shop 
and to pay for a new insurance policy, registration and plates.

This dire state of affairs and financial destitution came about due 
to the Psy Ops warfare I've been subjected to. I won't elaborate on 
that now, I've already done so in several other reports. 

But the bottom line is this:

Unless I am able to get some money soon, I may not only be offline 
and incommunicado; stuck and stranded with no transportation, as I 
have been most of the year; but I may even lose my home since I have 
no reliable source of income to pay the rent and bills.

Yes, I know most of you have heard these 'sob stories' before, from 
me and other researchers, survivors of gov't black programs and 
activists. And no, I am not auditioning for 'Queen for a Day'.  But 
the truth is, most of us cannot do the work we do without some 
assistance in the form of financial contributions.

It's a full time job under the best of circumstances and most of us 
have willingly sacrificed having any personal or social life ( What's 
a social life ?) in order to put in the long hours this type of work 
demands.

So, if you find the work I do valuable in any way, or even if you 
merely find my reports and articles entertaining and enjoyable, 
please consider making a contribution to my Legal Defense and 
Research Fund.

No donation is too small --even $5.00 would help. And of course far 
be it from me to put a limit on your generosity, so no donation would 
be considered too large. Sorry, I can't offer a tax write-off.  What 
I can offer is more research reports, more information and more

COULD THE FBI OR MOSSAD BE SENDING THESE VIRUSES?

  I just read this article http://www.rumormillnews.net/cgi-
bin/config.pl?read=15391 about the Magic  Latern "backdoor" the FBI 
wants companies like Symantec and McAfee to put in their security 
software. 

  "Magic Lantern would largely resolve an important problem with the 
FBI's existing monitoring technology, the "Key Logger System," which 
in the past has required investigators to sneak into a target's home 
or business with a so-called sneak-and-peak warrant and secretly 
attach the device to a computer. In contrast, Magic Lantern could be 
installed over the Internet by tricking a person into double-clicking 
an e-mail attachment..."

  That made me wonder about the recent virus that I have been sent. 
Could the FBI have used the virus to plant some kind of "backdoor" in 
each and everyone of our computers? Or, could this particular virusm 
which also "logs keystrokes", be some kind of test to see how long it 
will take the FBI to instal Magic Latern in each and every one of our 
computers??

  "Nov. 20 - The FBI is developing software capable of inserting a 
computer virus onto a suspect's machine and obtaining encryption 
keys, a source familiar with the project told MSNBC.com. The 
software, known as "Magic Lantern," enables agents to read data that 
had been scrambled, a tactic often employed by criminals to hide 
information and evade law enforcement. The best snooping technology 
that the FBI currently uses, the controversial software called 
Carnivore, has been useless against suspects clever enough to encrypt 
their files." 

  What made me really wonder, is this SENTENCE: "...obtaining 
encryption keys..." To obtain encryption keys, wouldn't they have 
to "log keystrokes?" And if they are logging keystrokes, isn't that 
exactly what this "virus" is doing?

  One of the descriptions I read of the virus that has been invading 
all of us in the last few days says that it "logs keystrokes!" 

  Also,  remember... anything the FBI has, the Mossad also has. The 
Mossad has had control of the FBI since the Clinton days and even 
before... WITHOUT agreement from the Bush or Reagan administrations. 
They accomplised this via the PROMIS software backdoor which they 
stole from our government who stole it from William Hamilton! 

  
  "I am including the following article

  The reason I am including it is because of this sentence: "...I 
want to alert all of you as to possible mischief afoot, as well as 
ask for input on what I have witnessed regarding these emails. It is 
painfully obvious that the ONLY time we have been hit with 
destructive attacks, or suspicious activity from emails - is when we 
clearly tie the disastrous direction our country is taking to the 
Zionist Jewish Lobby and U.S. foreign policy in support of the state 
of Israel." 

  Also from  email: 
  I have been miraculously spared from virus attacks. I use 
Symantec/Norton, and keep it updated daily! I have NOT had a virus 
attack until two or three days ago... this would have been right 
after I sent some articles to the RMNEWS UPDATES! 

  Check out the titles of the articles.... ALL the articles I 
included in the list... most of which had JUST been placed on the 
RMNEws Updates page... were about Israel or the Mossad... and 
definitely reflected them in a not-too-positive light! 

  End of email quote!

  The point I was trying to make --  and I don't know if it came 
across in the email was: 

  "Did the Mossad send me this virus because they don't like what I 
am putting up on my webpage and on my Yahoogroups emailing list?" 

  You will have to answer that question yourself! Click on the above 
link to the Yahoogroups webpage where my emails are archived and 
decide for yourself. If the Mossad didn't send me the virus, the 
timing is awfully suspicious!

  Read the description of this virus: 

  "W32.Badtrans.B@mm is a MAPI worm that emails itself out as one of 
several different file names. This worm also drops a backdoor trojan 
that logs keystrokes." 

  The important words are "logs keystrokes".... isn't that exactly 
what the FBI backdoor program would do???
