Sorbet
I've always been a lover of Ice Cream.. but when I started dieting last year I cut down to 1 McDonald's or Hungry Jacks (Burger King) cone a week.
But I did decide to treat myself by having Sorbet in the freezer at home for the occasional dessert. But that treat seems to be getting a little out of hand.
I'm now eating a litre of sorbet or gelati every couple of days. It's 98 percent fat free and 100 percent dairy free.. so it can't be all bad, can it?
My favourite flavours from the supermarket at present are Italian Blood Orange or Passionfruit.
Sure it's three times the price of ice cream.. but I think it's healthier.
And it's sure cheaper at the supermarket than at an ice cream or gelati store at a mall.
