Ordering and Pricing Information

Ordering

Orders can be sent by email or you can contact Walford by phone: 518-442-5924. Please have the following information available at the time of ordering:

• name of piece
• size desired, if not as listed
• colors desired, if different as pictured
• type of payment (PayPal, money order, or personal check)*
• desired receive date**

Prices vary depending on size of piece desired. Prices indicated serve only as a guideline therefore, they will vary depending on the size of the piece you select . Prices for pieces in stock, however, are firm. Special orders may be arranged and price will depend on several factors, which you can discuss with the designer at the time of placing the order.

The preferred form of payment is PayPal; my email address is walfordwilliams@yahoo.com. When placing your order, indicate that you plan to use PayPal. When your order is nearly complete, I will send you an invoice indicating total cost (price of item + shipping + insurance, if desired).

If you do not wish to use PayPal, I can also accept Money Orders sent to the address you will be given when placing the order. Personal checks must clear before your order can be sent. All other orders will be sent upon receipt of payment.

**Availability

Items indicated are presently in stock. If sold, new ones will be created when orders are placed. Please understand that the creation time takes app. 5 weeks, so if you need the piece quickly, it is best to order something that is still in stock. Of course, no two pieces are ever the same, but will be duplicated as close as possible to the desired piece. Thank you for your understanding.

Return/Refund Policy

Because the process of creating these pieces can be lengthy and cumbersome, please understand that no returns or refunds are available. When placing the order, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the piece upon completion. I understand that some breakage can occur in shipping; therefore I offer you the option to purchase insurance for this purpose. If you choose not to insure the piece, and it arrives broken, I cannot be held responsible.
