They just arrived at the school, Maria and Michael are talking in the 'open-space' of the Cafeteria. Each of them has a cup of coffee.

Maria : I'm really sorry.

Michael : For what?

Maria : For yesterday, my brother used his power and sent you to the ground. I'm sorry, you know, I think it's the very first time that he falls in love and...

Michael : Yeah, I understand. But, if he continues to go out with her...

Maria : I know, I know, he'll suffer a lot. But what can I do? I guess we just have to let him make his 'own' mistakes. Yeah, it'll be better this way.

Michael : (Oh no!!) I'm not really sure of that...

Maria : It's his life after all, let him live it.

Michael : (Damn!! She's not gonna help...damn damn damn!)

Taylor : Hey Shawn! Wait for me!!

(Taylor is behind Shawn. The latter turns around and smile).

Shawn : Hi Taylor!

Taylor : Hi, how are ya?

Shawn : I'm fine... where's Kristine?

Taylor : She went to school with some friends of hers. I wanted to talk to you about...umm...someone.

(Shawn is surprised and wonders who's Taylor talking about).

Shawn : About who? (He smiles).

Taylor : About... Jessica!

(Shawn's smile fade away).

Shawn : If you're going to bash her, forget it!

Taylor : But Shawn...I... I heard some 'things' about her and...

Shawn : Shut up!!!

(Taylor is surprised).

Shawn : What's your f**king problem???? Leave me alone!! You miserable son of a b*tch!!!!

Taylor : No... please!! No!!!!!!!!

Shawn : Hey, is everything all right?

(Taylor wakes up from his reverie. He realizes that he's in his class, his best friend is looking at him with worried eyes).

Shawn : You yelled something... Is everything all right?

Taylor : I...Yeah... Yeah, everything's fine. Didn't really sleep last night.

Shawn : You should never lose sleep, it's very bad.

Taylor : Stop talkin' like my mother! (He smiles).

Shawn : All right! (He smiles back).

Taylor : (If I tell him, he's never gonna talk to me ever again. Oh God!).

Brittany : Hey Monica! (She approaches Monica who's just infront of her. The latter turns around, closes her locker and smiles).

Monica : Brit? I thought you wouldn't come to school today.

Brittany : Why wouldn't I come to school today?

Monica : Well, after the scene of last night...

Brittany : The scene of last night??

Monica : You know, with Craig...

Brittany : I'm sorry, I don't know any Craig. I think you're mistaken.

Monica : Oh my god!!!(She laughs). Finally!!!! You dumped that a**hole!! (She hugs Brittany, with a wide smile).

Brittany : I, finally, discovered that he lied to me. This time, my power was efficient, that bastard lied to me. How could I be so blind? Jesus!

Monica : Is this a way to earn my forgiveness? (She smiles).

Brittany : Hahaha, kinda. So... Did I earn it?

Monica : Mmmmm....

Brittany : Oh, I see. (She has a sad face).

Monica : Yes!!!

(Brittany laughs and smiles and gives her friend a big hug).

Shawn : Psst! (He comes closer to Jessica who's sitting besides him).

Jessica : What do you want? (She smiles).

Shawn : Would you like to have dinner with me tonight? At the Cafe-Web Restaurant. (He smiles a little).

Jessica : Let me think...mmm... all right! Hehe, at what time do you come to 'fetch' me?

Shawn : Let's say, 7:30?

Jessica : All right.

Shawn : Cool then, (YES!!!!). (He smiles).

After his little 'nightmare', Taylor wanted be alone, he wanted to swim in his thoughts. He has something deep inside him, but he doesn't know what. Or, he just doesn't want to face the reality, the truth.

He's scared, he doesn't want to lose his best friend. He and Shawn know each other since they were little kids, they had so much fun together. They were like brothers.

But now, everything has changed. They entered the Teenage Era and their friendship didn't quite take the blow. The chain which links them is slowly being destroyed.

And the worst part is that... He can't do anything about it.

(School's over. It's Friday and everybody is very happy, they're going to have a lot of fun during the week-end. Party on Saturday and Relax on Sunday).

Scott : I can't believe it!! Is this a joke?

Brittany : Nope, it's not. I discovered that he lied to me and now he's just in the past. I won't regret such a liar!! (She smiles).

Monica : Oh Brit! I'm so glad you're back. Thank god you realized that this a**hole wasn't the 'love' of your life! (She smiles too).

(Craig passes by them, a ferocious look on his face).

Brittany : Damn liar!! (When in italic it means whispering! LOL).

Monica : This is so cool. I got myself a boyfriend and my best friend's back, what could I ask for more? (She smiles).

Scott : (All this is really weird...better check it out).

Maria : You're such a nice guy. It's rare nowadays, you know that? (She smiles).

Michael : I don't know about the guys but, I know that you're the most beautiful girl in town. I'd really like to (Maria stops him by putting a finger on his mouth).

Maria : Shh, please don't say it. It wouldn't sound romantic then...

(They stare at each other in the eyes).

Michael : Maria...

Maria : Yes?

(He gives her a kiss full of passion).

Maria : Ohh... what... what... wow!!

Michael : Thanks!

(She kisses him, he hugs her, they caress each other...)

Finally, that night has arrived. Shawn and Jessica are having a nice dinner, Shawn is really glad that the girl he loves accepted his offer to dinner. They ordered some pasta foods, they have that in common, they love pasta foods.

Shawn ordered a Sea-Pizza whereas Jessica ordered a plate of Rosselinis. And they also ordered a small non-alcoholic bottle of champagne(after all, they're just 14). They start to chat, they talk about everything and anything, then they start to eat and drink.

All is going fine, the two of them are having a very good time. This night was special to Shawn, coz, he's going to tell Jessica that he loves her a lot and that he wanted her to be his girlfriend.

Shawn : Jessica... I want to tell you something really important.

Jessica : Oh, really? What is it? (She smiles).

Shawn : Well, it's pretty hard to say but I'll try and do my best.

(He pauses as Jessica gives him full attention).

Shawn : Um, you know, back at the beginning of this year, I asked God something. Something that's really important for me... so that I can go on. I was so tired and sad that I didn't have a girlfriend, someone to love me and stuff. Don't get me wrong, my sis and mum are great but... I wanted a different kind of love. The one which gives you wings, the one which gives you the will to go higher and higher.

(He puts his hand on Jessica's).

Shawn : When I met you, I knew immediately that you were the one. The one who would give me wings and make me go higher. Jessica... I love you, with all the might of my heart, I love you!!

(Jessica remains silent, surprised and flattered).

Jessica : Shawn, I'm really touched. You're a very nice guy and you're such a romantic, I really like that. But...

(Shawn's heart stops for a millisecond).

Shawn : Bu..But?
