(1) Valid passport ( for at least six months ) .

(2) Inoculation against meningitis & cholera.

(3) Pilgrims who have foreign passport must submit their green card.

(4) Six recent passport size photographs.

(5) Complete visa application form.

(6) Pilgrims with non Islamic names must have a statement from an

      Islamic Centre attesting to their conversion to Islam.
