of

AMERICAN IN JUSTICE

In the days of Perry Mason, truth and justice ruled; Perry always searched for and found the TRUTH. Never could he be accused of winning by conjecture, character assassination, or MAKING THE LAW ARCANE DUE TO A VESTED INTEREST IN HIS CASE. Perry Mason is fictitious, but most people believe that his sort of justice still prevails. IT DOES NOT! And, that is what this E-Zine is all about.

This Month - CONSUMER AFFAIRS OFFICE ... Oh, Boy!

"At this point, envision this picture. I was opposing a fraudulent Consumer Affairs Office allegedly designed to oppose fraud. To make matters even worse, this office was affiliated with the State Attorney's office whose lawful obligation is to prosecute fraud. This is the atmosphere and attitude in which I was investigating and pursuing the demise of the fraudulent office."

Consumer Affairs Office ... Oh, Boy! is found here.

Last Month - LEGAL BLACKMAIL!

LEGAL ABUSE COMES IN MANY FORMS. LEGAL BLACKMAIL IS A STRATEGY PRACTICED BY SOME IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION DESIGNED TO PROVOKE THE OPPOSITION INTO ABANDONMENT BY CONSTANTLY BOMBARDING THE SAME WITH INANE, IRRESPONSIBLE ACCUSATIONS AND ACTIONS. AN UNPROVEN, DEFAULT JUDGEMENT CAN BE THE OUTCOME. THAT JUDGEMENT CAN PROVE COSTLY, SLANDEROUS AND DISASTROUS.

It is hoped that the villainous tale of anguish submitted here for your review stimulates discussions which will ultimately help activate the reformation of certain aspects of our legal process. Readers are encouraged to provide additional witness to any personal encounters with any form of legal abuse, especially that which is now becoming known as "LEGAL BLACKMAIL".

Legal Blackmail is found here.

More articles will appear as they are approved for Submission.
