Service Charge Free Checking: This checking account has no monthly service
charge, no minimum balance, and unlimited check privileges. Checks are not
returned, but a descriptive statement will be sent to you monthly. Copies of any
check can be provided upon request for a $2.00 charge per item.
Regular Checking Accounts: A checking account where a minimum balance of $100 provides unlimited checking privileges. A descriptive statement is rendered monthly. A fee of $7.00 is charged if balance drops below $100. Special Checking Accounts: This economical checking account is designed for those who write very few checks each month. There is a monthly charge of $1.00, plus $.35 for each check written. No minimum balance is required. Golden Age Checking: You qualify for this account if you are 55 years of age or older. When you sign up for this account you qualify for free services which include: Free Checking, Free Checks, Free Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Notary Service, Will File, and Estate Examination. VISA Express Checking Card and Check Guarantee*: Our Visa Express Checking card looks like a credit card but functions like a plastic check since transactions are deducted from you designated account. The reverse side is a check guarantee card for personal checks up to $100.00. You can receive a Visa Express Checking card and enjoy 24 hour service with our automatic teller machines. * subject to application and credit approval. INTEREST - BEARING CHECKING Super NOW Account: 1st Trust Bank's Super NOW account has a money management feature which maximizes the earning power of your checking account. Open a Super NOW account with a minimum collected balance of $500.00. The rate you earn is determined by the weekly balance in your account. Rates change weekly and interest is posted monthly. If you minimum balance drops below $500.00 a monthly service fee of $8.00 will be charged to your account. With this account you have unlimited check writing privileges when you choose the statement only option. If you prefer to have your checks returned with your statement, you may write up to 30 checks a month free. For every check over 30, there is a $.20 check charge. Insured Money Market Investment Account (IMMI): Maximize your earnings and enjoy checking account convenience. Your best bet for your personal investment dollars. This account requires a minimum collected balance of $1,000.00 and will allow up to six (6) debits per month. If your balance falls below $1,000.00 at any time during the month, your account will be assessed a $9.00 service charge and no interest will be credited to your account. All debits in excess of six (6) will cost $9.00 each. Each check must be written for $100.00 or more. Unlimited withdrawals in person. |
