OsirisMicroSystems is a System Integration and
Consultancy Organization in the field of Information Technology
promoted and managed by a group of dedicated, highly qualified
and experienced computer professionals. It has been set up with
the main objectives of bridging the gap between developed

Services
We are on the customer side before the project start date ! We
help the customer decide what he needs in today's hi-tech
scenario. We are with the customer from conceptualization till
the implementation of the project, and provide one-point support
to the customers. Mandayal Computing offers a wide range of
services :
Feasibility Studies : We can
undertake studies to introduce computerization in a phased
manner. Here, our activities include a whole gamut of tasks like
identification of application areas; prioritization in terms of
quick returns; integration of various applications; deriving
hardware configurations and software specifications. Since we do
not manufacture any computers the study gives an independent
analysis of what is best for the users.
Turnkey Projects : We undertake to
supply dedicated application systems on a turnkey basis. We
procure the appropriate hardware; develop the software; plan and
prepare computer site; install the communications network; and
system-engineer all these components into one smooth-running
system, giving users a solution that meets their needs and is
cost effective, together with the assurance of continuing,
long-term support.
Systems Support and Software Development :
We integrate diverse hardware and software to ensure optimal use
of Information Technology through on-site support. Support is
provided for areas like contract programming services, customized
software development, conversion, porting and maintenance of
existing packages. Experienced software engineers can also be
provided for development, conversion and maintenance of software
at the project site.
Data Communication and Computer Networking :
We have successfully entered this vital field of contemporary
technology. We have field-proven expertise in all aspects of
networking : voice and data switching, network protocols, X.25,
IBM SNA, TCP/IP, satellite, radio and fiber-optic transmission,
local area networks, and communication software. We plan and
design the appropriate network; procure the necessary hardware
and software; install the network; train user personnel; and
provide the long-term support.
Software Exports : We undertake
software development projects involving conversion/modification
of applications and packages. The work can be carried out at our
off-shore facilities in New Delhi with a firm commitment for time
frames and costs. Experienced software engineers can also be
provided for on-site software projects.
Marketing Support : North Americans
and European companies desirous of penetrating Indian market are
provided with dedicated marketing support. We being closer to
market are in better position to respond to potential customers
queries and concerns. Depending on the requirements, these
professionals can cover the neighboring countries, either
operating out of India or be based in the targeted countries.
Presently our operations cover Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand and
Indonesia. We have marketing arrangements with organizations in
Australia and USA.
Education and Training : To spread
computer awareness and literacy in the country, we conduct
training programmes for individuals and corporations. Our
education and training covers : (a) Entry-level and General
Awareness courses; (b) In-depth Professional Development courses
; (c) Special Training Programmes and Seminars conducted for
organizations to suit their particular requirements; and (d)
Comprehensive Advanced System training. In addition to training
we also develop computer-based training packages.
Our Strengths
Osiris Microsystems is a professionally managed company, with
engineers drawn from leading educational institutions and with
rich experience in a variety of software environments in India
and abroad. Software engineers have four to ten years of
experience on computer systems like IBM, DEC, HP, while
experience with UNIX and C is the most prevalent. They have
worked on many commercial projects in various fields and are put
through a continuous process of training to sharpen their skills.
All without exception have graduate degrees, and more than half
have post-graduate degrees in business, engineering or computer
science disciplines.
