She has provided programs and consultation throughout the world for over 15 years. Her work in vision development has helped companies to create a compelling vision and identify the strategies to capture it. Her clients have included a wide range of companies such as: Stanley Tools, Southern New England Telephone, General Electric, Young Presidents Organization, and the United States Postal Service.

She is continually praised for her ability to connect quickly with people and to understand their goals and concerns. Her style blends knowledge, experience, warmth, and a quick wit to inspire people to change and grow.

Author of numerous publications, she developed a program Creating Your Organization's Future: Building a Shared Vision, that provides the information needed to help teams develop a shared vision for their team or organization. During this program, team members work through the steps to create a shared vision. She also has developed guidelines to help individuals clarify their personal visions. In addition, she has authored several materials on teamwork and numerous journal articles.

She has earned advanced degrees in psychology and a doctorate in Organization Development. She is a member of NTL Institute and the OD Network and has presented at national conferences.
