Training

While being involved in the Glass Replacement Business, I found my "niche" in Training. My strength in this area is with dealing with retail customers. I developed programs and utilized other programs, tailoring them to the specific industry to get that "one more sale a day" from the people dealing with retail customers buying replacement glass for their vehicles. I also developed methods for outside sales representatives to increase their "book of business". Legislative Activities

While in the Glass Business, I represented our company in State Legislative Hearings throughout the United States. I provided written and oral testimony for and against bills that adversely affected our company. I developed solid testimony and grassroots programs.
