* Conceived and formulated the specification for enhancements and special reports required in Sales & Distribution module.

* Acting as the SAP R/3 Consultant for Sales and Distribution Module, configuring the SAP R/3 system due to new requirements raised after SAP "go live"/implemented in PT Delta Djakarta.
* Prepared the Business Requirement for SAP R/3 SD (Sales and Distribution) based on current practices, prepared the TO-BE Analysis (business re-engineering), conducted prototyping stage, fine-tuning and testing of the configuration to ensure that it met the defined business requirements. Developed the forms and reporting requirement together with the ABAP/4 programmer. Made the SAP R/3 system "GO LIVE" starting April 1, 1996.
* Created the SAP User Manual as well as Procedures Manual. Trained the end users for SD (15 users).
* Consolidated current reports and reduced the quantity to more than 50 %.
