Under Constructions
Condominiums, introduced with the first enactment of the Act in 1967,
have grown to represent approximately one third of the home real estate market,
according to the Canadian Condominium Institute (http://www.cci.ca/).
In the past years, i surveyed a lot of condo townhouse sites.
Perhaps due to the ageness, many of them need management fee
about Cdn$400~500/month each unit.
In my own experiences,
suggestions from unit owners usually disregarded by the menagement,
which even cause the consequences of some rules not followed.
- one was "kids playing on the complexx roads"(ever)
i believed this condominium with its honor in the past 26 years
and
in a relative new complex,
it's reasonable & efficient to let a small team(eg.5 members)
to decide all things for a lot of persons.
However, after most materials aged, the challenge definitely growing up more.
Then, let's share the loads off the members of the board
is the best way feedback to those elders
after their years' contributions to our complex.
Ontario's new Condominium Act was proclaimed on May 5, 2001.
