"In the period of time from inception of the Canada Lottery 649 to plus infinity, all numbers drawn in the Canada Lottery 649 will appear an equal number of times. In a very short period of time though, only certain numbers will have their turn and occur over... and over... and over... again. Graphs of actual examples are listed below. Royce Penny has been developing predictive algorithms for the Canada Lottery 649 since 1986. His basic theory is:
For those who are not familiar with Royce Penny's predictive strategies, his proprietary method predicts "Hot,Warm
& Cold" number blocks. On average there are 17 hot numbers, 16 warm numbers, and 16 cold numbers. The most common block (hwc = 222) has yielded 1188 wins in 1277 draws to March 29, 1997 (first 100 draws excluded). Selecting numbers in the predictive block (hwc = 222) reduces the total number of available combinations to 1.96 Million of the 14.0 Million available. Using this strategy decreases the total number of combinations by 714%. Other predictive blocks provide a reduction in the total available combinations by as much as 20,000%.
The examples listed below are based on the 100 draw running average of repeats for each number selected in the Canada Lottery 649 draw since inception. These are actual examples that produce very good pictures of his theories. (Royce uses a much smaller time period to predict the hot, warm and cold number blocks.)
