K&B has had many class action law suits filed by homeowners through out the State of California.  Most law suits took place out of court (this is likely due to an Arbitration clause.  Many Kaufman & Broad Homeowners have Arbitration clauses written into their sale contracts). Kaufman & Broad also builds homes in  Nevada, Texas,  Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah.  Be sure to check your builder's reputation before you sign on the dotted line.  The sanity you're saving could be your own.
