Lecturers who talk about politics in class

I AM studying in one of our local universities. I wish to reveal the attitude of some of our local lecturers who have been raising political issues in class.  They also come to class five to 10 minutes late and leave early. They attack Umno and the Government, criticise Vision 2020 and raise matters related to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's case.

Why do they have to do that in class? They should quit their jobs and get involved in politics.

Being the recipient of a government loan, for which I am very thankful, I believe such things should not happen in institutions of higher learning. There is no time for that in class. We want to study and do well in examinations. For this, we need proper guidance from our lecturers. But they are not doing their jobs properly.

Their very big mistake is that they think each and every student is with them. That is not true. There are a number of us who know how to differentiate between good and bad. Please let the universities be free of any political nuisance.
