5. Reading Interests

*Brave New World

This novel really interested me because this is a scienceific novel, and I like to read books that talks about the future and science. The main theme of this story is that our society can never reaches perfection.

 PC Magzine

I really love to spend time on computers, and try to firgure out how it works. I also take Infomation teachnology in both grade 11 and 12, and I really enjoy every second of the course. This magzine has all the newest infomation about computers that can keep me up-to-date.

6. Significant Experiences

Being involoved in the math clinic really push my mathematic skill to a new level. After joining the math clinic as a tutor, I now can remember the formula and other key points in math that I would otherwise forgot as time goes on because I now need to use my math knowledge to help others. In addition, the week I spent working at BC research really gave me an idea about how it is like in a typical work day. I strongly believe that it will help me alot in my career as I learned how to handle situations, like how to deal with your co-worker.

7. Engineering Interests

Engineering has always been the career that I want to be in since I was a kid. As mentioned above, I am very interested in science and technology. I enjoy using these faninating new hi-tech eqiupments as much as wanting to discovering the "msytery" behind all these that cause these eqiupments to work so effienctly. In addition, many experts predict that the future employment trend will tend to shift to the field of enginerring, espically computer engineering. Therefore, computer engineering is the faulty I want to study in unviersity.
