What's Paddle One ?

Paddle One is a paddle simulator designed for indoor training. With the Paddle One you can switch your stroke naturally from side to the other. It is ideal for teaching, learning the paddling stroke and getting an aerobic workout while strenghtening many specific canoeing muscles.

Paddle One is built to last forever! All moving parts slide on bearings or oil bushings.
The Paddle One users will have the same body position on the machine as in the canoe.
The Paddle One is made of tubular aluminium for better stabilitiy, stiffness and the seat is the same as in a marathon canoe.
An adjustable seat allows the user to be comfortable on the Paddle One ...from an 8 year-old child to a professional racer!
A 10 pound flyweel gives the necessary velocity to simulate strokes in the water. An adjustable nylon belt provides the right resistance.
