To meet the post need, Taiwan Post issued six stamps under the seris number Def. 115 on January 20. The stamps still use the former used ancient Chinese engravings images, but the denomination have changed. The perforation is 13.5 and size is 26.5x23.5mm. China Engraving &Printing Works of Taiwan print the stamps in sheet of 100 (10x10) using the colorful deep etch offset. The stamps of 3.50 Yan, 5.00 Yan, 10.00 Yan and 12.00 Yan are printed on phosphorescent stamp paper, the others on locally-made mat finished, watermarked stamp paper with gum.
