On July 1, Taiwan post issued the second print of the high valve Dragons Circling Two Carps Postage Stamps series. This issue contains two single: green blue 50 yuan and red brown 100 yuan.
The stamps are printed on Taiwan made mat finished, watermarked stamp paper with gum in sheet of 100 (10x10) by China Engraving &Printing Works, Taiwan in Deep etch offset, with size 26.5x23.5mm, perforation 13.5. The quantity of each stamp is 10,000,000.
