On Febrary 25, Latvia Post issued the reprint of the 0.15Ls definitive: Ogre, one of the definitive series: Coats of Arms of Regions and Towns of Latvia. The original issue released on Febrary 12, 1999. The reprint is of same design by E. Viliama, printed also by the same printer of the original: Joh.Eschede, the Netherlands. The original issue in last year has a quantity of 1.5 million, while the reprints have a quantities of 2 million.
