2001.03.29        Belarus Fourth Definitive Series.

Further to two new definitives on March 19, Belarus Post added two more self adhesive definitives to its fourth definitive series on March 29. What's more special of these two stamps are their defending features: the 100R BelEXPO stamp has microtext repeated word "BELARUS", and the 200R has microtext repeated words "RATUSHAVITEBSKXVIIIST", and both the two stamps have a protective inscriptions in three lines: "ÁÅËÀÐÓÑÜ - 2000 - BELARUS", which is possible to see in rays of UV-Testlamp.
