2002.01.02   Italy Euro Value Definitives
With the introduction of Euro into circulation, on 2st Jan. Italy Post reissued the Women in Art definitive series again in euro currency. The new version consists of 7 values: 0.02, 0.05, 0.10, 0.23, 0.41, 0.50, 0.77 euro, the size is 21.4 x 26 mm and perforation 14 1/4 x 13 1/4. 

At the same time, a set of 6 high value definitive design by Emidio Vangelli also released. These stamps are valued at 1.00, 1.24, 1.55,  2.17,  2.58, and 3.62 euro respectively, sized at also 21.4 x 26 mm, while the perforation 13 1/2 x 14 1/4.
