On Feb. 1, China Post revealed two new definitive series, namely R30
"Protecting the Homeland of Human Being" and R31 "Chinese Bird". The series
"Protecting the Homeland of Human Being" aims at promoting the awareness
of environment protecting. The first issue of this series consists two
values: 10 fen Protection the Forest and 60 fen Prevension Air Against
Pollution. The stamps are among the most high-tech.stamps ever printed
by China with employing of three new tech. in anti-fraud method: fluorescent
fiber in paper, fluorescent encrypted ink and irregular shape perforation.
