Hongkong Post revealed five new denominations of definitive stamps
on 1 April 2002. In line with the design of the current series of definitive
stamps which was first issued in 1999, the new stamps depict some of Hong
Kong's distinctive landmarks and tourist attractions. They are Hong Kong
Stadium ($1.80), Western Market ($1.90), Repulse Bay ($2.40), The Peak
Tower ($3) and Hong Kong Cultural Centre ($13). This $13 denomination is
specially issued to facilitate pre-payment of registration fee.
