Star Make-up Rate Definitive
In line with the rate change effective on June 30, 2002, the 3c make-up rate stamps, depicting a stylized five-point star, issued on June 7th to meet the need of remaining 34c stamps mailer may still in hand. Two printers made the pane stamps, with the "2002" year date appears in two different locations in the stamp bottom. The third printer made the stamps in coil.
