BACKGROUND SUMMARY
Areas of expertise include financial, operational and management consulting for the real estate, hospitality and related service industries. Managed over thirty hospitality or real estate related projects in the Asia/Pacific Region. These consulting projects included marketing and financial feasibility studies for hotels, offices, residential condominiums, retail projects, golf courses and marinas; operations reviews and service audits for hotels and country clubs; management contract evaluation and valuation; market positioning reviews for hotels; product re-branding and re-positioning; and the preparation of strategic marketing plans and service standard manuals for hotels and restaurants. Has conducted international assignments in the following cities: Jakarta, Surabaya and Bali in Indonesia; Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam; Bangkok in Thailand; Guangzhou, Suzhou, Urumqi and Beijing in China; Singapore; and Manila, Davao, Iloilo, Naga, Cagayan de Oro, Tuguegarao, Batangas, General Santos, Cebu and Boracay in the Philippines.

Other duties included assisting the horizontal development group in all aspects of project implementation; assisted the property management group in restructuring the existing operations.
