Areas of expertise include financial, operational and management
consulting for the real estate, hospitality and related service industries.
Managed over thirty hospitality or real estate related projects in the
Asia/Pacific Region. These consulting projects included marketing and
financial feasibility studies for hotels, offices, residential
condominiums, retail projects, golf courses and marinas; operations
reviews and service audits for hotels and country clubs; management
contract evaluation and valuation; market positioning reviews for hotels;
product re-branding and re-positioning; and the preparation of strategic
marketing plans and service standard manuals for hotels and restaurants.
Has conducted international assignments in the following cities: Jakarta,
Surabaya and Bali in Indonesia; Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam; Bangkok
in Thailand; Guangzhou, Suzhou, Urumqi and Beijing in China; Singapore;
and Manila, Davao, Iloilo, Naga, Cagayan de Oro, Tuguegarao, Batangas,
General Santos, Cebu and Boracay in the Philippines.
