Overseas experience in a multinational company - CDC, the  
development financing arm of the British government.  Held several 
directorships in various companies in Papua New Guinea and Fiji.  
Previously engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Passed the CPA Board 
exam, 88%.  Worked as an Accountant in various organizations, Rashid 
Al-Majid Establishment in Dubai, UAE and Marquee Mills Mfg., Inc. in the 
Philippines.

Monitor the performance of  investments amounting to US$135m; assists in 
the evaluation of  investment proposals and in developing new business 
contacts and potential sponsors.  Have been involved in the fund raising 
of the first venture capital fund in the Pacific.  Liaise with clients, 
co-financiers and government bodies.
