Handles Controllership functions such as tax, cost control, accounting, 
financial planning, budgeting,etc.
Appointed as the Central Coordinating Person for the Corporate 
Restructuring Project during the July 1997 Indonesian financial crisis up 
to May 1998.  Performed Crisis Management Tasks such as restructuring, 
downsizing of operations, evaluation of subsidiary survival, preparation 
of joint venture proposals, actively negotiating with foreign and local 
banks, review of debt covenants, etc. Started out with the company in 1993 
as Finance Manager .

PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia, 1994-1997
Consultant performing tasks such as Group Audit Manager, Sales Manager for 
the television operations and Marketing Manager for the newspaper 
operations.
