Gin (his nickname) has been exposed in various fields from 
Architecture to sales and to a non-profit, religious organization.  He has 
been heavily involved in strategizing, planning, implementing, directing 
and other managerial tasks in accomplishing goals.  He also served as a 
resource speaker in different topics such as team building, leadership, 
moral and ethical issues.

and many others.  Aside from heading the group, he also serves as one of
