 Department of National Defense, (1995-present)
Special Assistant to Assistant Secretary for Comptrollership (ASCOM)
Assist ASCOM on matters related to budget operation of different DND 
agencies and bureaus, supervise and monitor different AFP Financial 
institutions like Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loan Association 
(AFPSLAI), AFP Retirement and Separation System (AFPRSBS), AFP Mutual 
Benefits Assistance, Inc., (AFPMBAI), AFP General Insurance Corporation 
(AFPGIC),  and AFP Commissary Service, supervise and monitor DND budget 
preparation, update Secretary of National on progress of MARILAQUE 
projects and other economic activities in connection with his designation 
as Chairman, Cabinet Officer on Regional Development for Region IV, 
conducted audit on Philippine Defense Attaches in England, France and 
Germany,

Held various positions both on shipboard and shore naval establishments, 
Comptroller of two Navy units for 4 years, Logistics Officer, Personnel
