The task involved studying the emerging market concentration in the retail
trade in Metro Delhi and recommend ways of leveraging Levers position to
being the number one supplier.
Designed the operations manual for Key Account Management in Delhi Metro.
The manual will be standarized and implemented in key accounts across
India.

family planning campaign in rural parts of North India.

traveled over 2,500 kms in 6 months, taking the communication plan to the
target consumers' door step.
