Argosy Partners, Inc. - Chase Capital Partners, Philippines, September 1998-Present Project Consultant - Strategic Private Equity Investments in Banking Argosy is the Philippine arm of Chase Capital, and is the largest private equity fund in the country. The assignment is to bring till deal flow high quality banking targets for M&A type private equity investments involving large financial commitments and managerial infusions. ING Barings, Philippines, May 1998-September 1998 Summer Intern - Asset Backed Securitization Responsible for a preliminary study into the Securitization potential in Philippines. Findings will influence ING Barings' strategy in terms of origination, advisory and investment banking focus. Summer Intern - Mergers & Acquisitions in Banking The objective was to forecast future M&A deals. Studied the macro economic changes, interviewed experts and factored in quantitative analyses to estimate survivability of 110 banks. Coats Viyella India Limited, India, August 1995-June 1997 Executive - Export Services Worked as a deemed profit center. Managed exports across Europe, Asia, South Africa.
