BACKGROUND SUMMARY

My work experience with HongkongBank provided me with a good 
handle of finance.  My experience with Andersen Consulting on the 
otherhand exposed me to systems development.  I however would not like to 
limit my future work experience to the same tasks as I seek to develop a 
work experience on possibly all business functions in order for me to 
develop a wholistic outlook of a business in preparation for top 
management responsibilities.

Technical Staff
Involved with system design, computer programming and system testing for 
Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) Employee Payroll 
System.  Subsequently involved with offshore computer programming for the 
customer information system of the Southern California (SoCal) Gas Company.


The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Manila, (Sept1994 - 
May1996)
Facilities Assistant, Credit Operations Department (Sept1994 - Mar1995)
Job responsibilities included preparing financial analysis as part of 
over-all credit analysis of present and potential multi-national clients, 
and handling client queries.

Assistant Manager, Specialized Credit Department (Mar1995 - May1996)
Coordinated long-term debt exposure of the bank both for sovereign risk 
loans and for private funding.  Prepared credit analysis of Bank clients 
seeking long-term loans.  Coordinated with wholesale lending from both the 
Land Bank of the Philippines and the Development Bank of the Philippines.
