Compensation Analyst, September 1995 - June 1997
Conducts studies/surveys on compensation and benefits, analyzes results 
and prepares summary of findings. Prepares materials and studies pertinent 
to the Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiations for BPI Head Office 
and BPI-Family Bank.  Prepares study and recommendation on annual pay 
increases of all BPI subsidiaries (Leasing, Computer Systems 
Corporation,Credit Card, BPI Capital, and BPI-Forex. Conducts Job 
Evaluation Orientation for all new hires.  Prepares monthly compensation 
report for Head Office and Subsidiaries

Career Management Assistant, August 1993 - August 1995
Accountable for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the 
effectiveness of career and organization development  programs of the 
Unibank. Installs performance tracking mechanisms, gathers and maintains 
data related to strategic organizational concerns.  Responsible for the 
organization and coordination of the various rewards system of the 
Unibank. Establishes and maintains data related to the structures used for 
career tracking and evaluation such as the Career Management Information 
System, OTP, BODP, Consolidated Tracking. Developed the Consolidated 
Tracking System to fast track promotions within the Unibank.  Coordinates 
the Staff Performance Review Workshop for  all junior level officers of 
the Bank.  Prepares piracy and officer resignees reports to Senior 
Management.
