BACKGROUND SUMMARY

Worked for BA Savings Bank 1995-1997 as a Money Market Trader 
;1997   also worked for PCIB Savings Bank as a Marketing Executive with a 
priority of generating CASA accounts for the bank. In all job 
experiences,  most interesting was the enhancement of my people management 
skills. Another opportunity , was when I worked for Paribas Asia Equity 
Phils. Inc.. Did a study regarding the over-all job climate of the 
employees in line with the present condition that faced the Company.

Calamba, Laguna in line with their branch rationalization strategy.

Did a study of the prevailing over-all  organizational climate of the 
Company.
Evaluated employee morale and motivation which was presented to top 
management with recommendations. Helped the company in coming up with 
their employee handbook. Came up with a draft of the manual of operations 
for the Company which enhanced my understanding of the operations of a 
brokerage firm.  

PCIB Savings Bank, January 1997 - July 1997
Marketing Executive
Generated CASA accounts, create awareness  to possible clients. 
Successfully communicated to clients the role of PCIB Savings Bank. 
Scheduled and talked to corporations such as those offering Retirement 
Packages. Prospected for possible clients and catered to their needs. 
Tapped on non-existing clients, as far as PCIB was concerend. Trained 
marketing assistants to conduct themselves properly & professionally in 
front of clients  to avoid harassment.
Monitored market movements such as T-bills, present situation, the 
movements of different banks their rates and products.
