BACKGROUND SUMMARY
I am interested in exploring ideas and concepts which I can
eventually implement. I enjoy brainstorming and free flow discussions to
come up with creative strategies or solutions of problems. I do believe in
the cliche, that if there is a problem then there must be an opportunity
somewhere. I work well with teams. But if the situation calls for
leadership, I take charge. I am a stickler for details. As the saying
goes "the devil is in the details." Nevertheless, I keep the overall
objectives in mind, and not lose sight of the big picture. My hobbies are
playing golf, karting, reading, playing computer games, watching movies
and going out with friends.

Responsible for liaisoning with the client, management of day to day
research and analysis of data, and for overseeing te conduct of the data
gathering. Other work included evaluation of proposals and projects
through a quick market-financial analysis with presentations of the
Executive Board and the clients. Projects involved as lead include the
following: Fort Bonifacio CBD Market Update, Industry Study of Residential
Resorts in the Philippines, High-End Stonecrest Residential Subdivision,
18-Floor PDCP Davao Office Building, and other studies not yet implemented.
