Consultant , Xavier High School, June 1998 - July 1998 Performed a Training Needs Analysis for High School Middle Level Administrators. Prepared not only a group summary, but a detailed individual profile of each Middle Level Administrator. Recommended areas for improvement as well as changes in the procedure in selecting incoming Middle Level Administrators. In addition, developed a list of competencies for Middle Level Administrators. Student Affairs Coordinator, Xavier High School, May 1995 - April 1997 Oversaw operations of all Extra-Curricular Activities in the High School. Recruited and evaluated moderators for all the clubs. Also budgeted funds for the projects of the various clubs. Coordinated the various activities to ensure no conflicts in scheduling. Supervised, marketed, and financed school-wide activities such as the School Fair which required close coordination with all sectors of the Xavier community. English Teacher, Xavier High School, May 1994 - April 1995 Xavier High School Taught both literature and grammar to 1st and 2nd yr. High School Students. Prepared lesson plans and exams in cooperation with the corresponding year level team. Varsity Volleyball Coach, Xavier High School, June 1992 - June 1996 Xavier High School Recruited and trained aspiring Volleyball players. Took over a program that produced zero wins for consecutive years and transformed it into a competitive squad. Finished third in consecutive conferences of the Fil-Chi Volleyball League after narrowly missing a finals berth. Also sought out leagues for the team to compete in. Organized the first Xavier Volleyball Invitational in January 1995.
