Was commissioned by Performex, Inc., a human resource development
consulting firm, to evaluate the operating procedures of First Multi-Tech
Industrial Development Corporation's (FMIDC) purchasing department as well
as to craft a functional strategy for the department. Project was
completed within one month with results that satisfied both Performex,
Inc. and FMIDC.
CITYTRUST BANKING CORPORATION (now BPI FAMILY BANK), May 1996 to June 1997
Account Officer - Mortgage Banking Division then Share Finance Division
Contributed 35 pct of the Share Finance Division's portfolio. Ensured that
the Division's goals were attained through client solicitation,
cultivation of marketing channels, servicing of client's transaction needs
and account management. Assisted Division Head in developing support
infrastructure such as the customer sales/service process and loan
documents. Actively participated in providing comprehensive on-the-job
training to new hires and management trainees.

Room Reservations Officer then Front Office Receptionist/Cashier
As Room Reservations Officer, received and processed reservations made by
clients for all hotels in the chain. Placed second in Roomnight Sales
Incentive Contest. As Front Office Receptionist/Cashier, facilitated the
registration of guests and handled settlement of their bills upon
check-out. Ensured that guests received prompt and efficient service every
time they approached the Front Desk. In both departments, was consistently
assigned trainor of new hires and management trainees.

Extra-curricular activities at AIM include: active participation
in the AIM Fitness Club and AIM Perspectives newspaper as Vice-President
