The position entailed the formulation of the Food & Beverage Division's
various financial and marketing reports. These include the annual budget,
monthly forecasts, project feasibility studies, marketing research tools,
and marketing plan. Other responsibilities include the preparation and
implementation of the restaurants' various menus, monitoring of employee
productivity, and equipment breakages/losses within the division. Was
credited for putting financial, marketing, and operational systems into
place. Was very accurate in budget and forecast preparation.
