BACKGROUND SUMMARY
Sufficient exposure to corporate law practice. Conducted legal
audits on banking institutions, telecommunication companies and IT firms,
requiring the review and reporting of material contracts, pending
litigation and ownership structure of the audited firms. Participated in
the negotiation and drafting of contracts for turnkey projects and joint
ventures. Drafted and assisted in the issuance of loan agreements &
LTCP's (long term commercial paper). Assigned as corporate secretary for
a condominium corporation and a development company, which required the
drafting of minutes and the issuance of secretary certificates, as well as

Specialized also in labor litigation. Negotiated in collective
bargaining agreements for a pharmaceutical firm and a manufacturing

labor standards. Attended court and administrative hearings involving
labor-management relations.
Litigated several criminal and civil actions (including collection cases),
from filing of the action, attending the hearing and executing the
judgment.
