give decisions on the loan approval; interviewing the final applicants; 
redesign the deposit
and loan scheme; review and study the financial statement every end of the 
month and see 
to it that the branch managers are meeting the budget and projections.

branching. Was one of the major players that made FMB one of the third 
biggest rural bank
in Metro Manila.

 The youngest member of the Rotary Club that joined at the age of 
21. Treasurer of the Metro Manila Rural bankers Federation, 1997. A member 
of the Chamber of Commerce. Helped the Senate Spouses in planning and 
implementing the medical and dental missions in coordination with Sonia 
Roco, Pres. of the Senate spouses. Always active in school and sport 
activities. 
Friendly person that gets along with everyone, was sent to Taiwan as an 
Ambassador by La Salle in his college days.
