Designed and developed microprocessor based welding controllers (With 
Current Feedback and Voltage Feedback loops), which were breakthrough 
products for the company.   These projects involved a close and extensive 
interaction with the top management of the company. 
Handled projects involving Special Purpose Machines and C-MOS based 
electronic controllers as per customer specifications. 
Each project involved working with a cross-functional team drawn from 
various departments of the company. Single handedly interfaced PLC based 
controllers with welding machines and SPMs on site for companies such as 
Mercedes Benz (I), DCM Daewoo, TELCO and Bajaj Auto Ltd.
