BACKGROUND SUMMARY
My education and experience brought me to specialize in the Food
and Beverage Industry. I am able to handle both managerial and operations
aspect. To further hone my skills, I would like to take a look at this
industry from another angle and that is from the aspect of marketing. I
believe that in this way, I will be able to master my craft. I am what
you would call a "people person". I am able to communicate with people of
all ages in a way that gets the job done and at the same time maintain a
harmonious relaitonship with subordinates. This is evidenced by my
experience in the hotel whrerein my role was basically a subordinate to my
role in the fastfood industry (Greenwich Pizza) where I handled day to day
operations of a store and ran a staff of 20 people and Tray Express which
I was part of the team that conceptualized the fastfood, determined the
requirements, trained the personnel and became its outlet manager for day
to day operations.
