study focused on the comprehensive expansion strategy of the company, 
including finance, marketing, operations and human resources with emphasis 
on the tourism industry of Hong Kong.

Makati Shangri-La Hotel, 1995-1997
Guest Relations Officer
Supervised and ensured the smooth operations of the hotel's Front Desk 
department.  Also initiated and actively participated in the 
debureaucratization campaign of the company by evaluating systems and 
procedures.
