Personnel Assistant
My responsibility was in the area of processing the SSS benefits of the

benefits of PAL employees. These range from Maternity benefits, Sick
Leave reimbursements and Retirement compensation.
Philippine Airlines, International Relations - External Affairs Department
International Relations Specialist
Assisted the Assistant Vice President and the managers in our division in
terms of gathering data necessary for negotiations with other commercial
airlines. Analyzed current market trends and competition in the area of
responsibility and made recommendations relative to the decisions which
are given during the negatiation. This required constant communication in
such areas such as market research, marketing planning, legal department
and the airport services department. My major accomplishment for our unit
is the implementation of the PAL-Vietnam airlines Blockspace Seat
Exchange agreement on the Saigon-Vietnam v.v. route. Deeply involved in
this joint venture from start to the day it was implemented. The
experience was very unforgetful since it was more challenging than the
other agreements handled before since this agreement required the approval
of the Vietnamese govenment.
