PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
National AIDS Prevention and Control Program, Department of Health, , July 1991 - July 1992 Project Evaluation Officer In charge of supervising projects in line with the National AIDS Prevention and Control Program funded by the World Health Organization. Also in charge of the administrative matters of our unit such as proposing the budget and monitoring the organizational structure of the unit. Philippine Airlines, July 1992 - December 1994 Benefits Administration-Human Resources Department Personnel Assistant My responsibility was in the area of processing the SSS benefits of the employees. Was the Liason officer of PAL and was in charge of all the SSS benefits of PAL employees. These range from Maternity benefits, Sick Leave reimbursements and Retirement compensation. Philippine Airlines, International Relations - External Affairs Department International Relations Specialist Assisted the Assistant Vice President and the managers in our division in terms of gathering data necessary for negotiations with other commercial airlines. Analyzed current market trends and competition in the area of responsibility and made recommendations relative to the decisions which are given during the negatiation. This required constant communication in such areas such as market research, marketing planning, legal department and the airport services department. My major accomplishment for our unit is the implementation of the PAL-Vietnam airlines Blockspace Seat Exchange agreement on the Saigon-Vietnam v.v. route. Deeply involved in this joint venture from start to the day it was implemented. The experience was very unforgetful since it was more challenging than the other agreements handled before since this agreement required the approval of the Vietnamese govenment.

Married to Carolina Feliciano Reodica, a Pilipinas Shell Employee. I have two children Mariah Christelle (4 yrs old) and Carmencita Aaliyah (5 mos). I collect Audio CD's as a hobby and I'm very found of outdoor activities. I'm also a people loving person since I'm an only child.
