Zuellig Pharma Corporation, Philippines, May-July 1998
Conducted a systems audit and reengineered the business processes
recommending strategies relating to the restructuring initiatives in the
7th largest company in the Philippines. Other aspects included, framing a
new productivity scheme, reducing operating costs by 15%, & achieving a
60% reduction in cycle time.

Conducted an industry study in the sports apparel segment in India and
recommended suitable partnerships for market entry into India.
