Made a corporate strategy for the Fortune 500 company, in the Philippines. 
The work demanded detailed industry study, competitor analysis, and 
designing a workable strategy for UPS to thrive profitably in the ASEAN 
region.

Zuellig Pharma Corporation, Philippines, May-July 1998                   
Conducted a systems audit and reengineered the business processes 
recommending strategies relating to the restructuring initiatives in the 
7th largest company in the Philippines. Other aspects included, framing a 
new productivity scheme, reducing operating costs by 15%, & achieving a 
60% reduction in cycle time. 

Canterbury of New Zealand, Jan.- Feb. 1997                    
Conducted an industry study in the sports apparel segment in India and 
recommended suitable partnerships for market entry into India.

Laboreo De Conservasion S.A., Spain, July-Dec. 
1996	                  
Worked as a deal-broker in preparing an industry report on agriculture in 
India and devising various strategies for intended expansion into the 
Indian market.

Supercolor Grafics Pvt. Ltd., Oct. 1994 -Apr. 1996               
Worked as a consultant, advising on working capital management, devising 
marketing strategies, & resolving management-employee interface problems 
in the company. Turned around the company into a profitable 
venture.           

Other projects involved liaisoning with the Government, opening up 
franchises for a mail order business, making a feasibility study for a 
start up venture, and event management.
